It's Time To Celebrate With A Waterman Pen Giveaway With Launch Of Belle Inspiration Magazine!

To celebrate the launch of Belle Inspiration e-Magazine
we are planning a launch party of sorts.

A fête to mark the occasion.

The location is Blogland, over at Mimi' Bleu's place at Bonjour Romance.
